Timothy Bracey, for the past 25 years, has represented government and private sector clients at the local level, with the United States Congress, and various other federal and municipal government agencies. His successful government affairs career is the result of vast experience with the telecommunications industry, agency regulation, appropriations, and his resources on Capitol Hill are exceptional.

Bracey's qualifications are demonstrated by his diverse experience:

He began in the government relations industry as a top level manager in the Compliance and Private Enforcement Unit of the Fair Housing Council of Greater Washington, in Washington, DC, and worked closely with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Bracey was recruited by Horizon Partners, Inc., a highly successful Silver Spring, MD housing firm, where he served as a consultant to business and government agencies on audit issues and business practices.
He also worked with the telecommunications and regulatory industry serving as a top level manager of government affairs for Comcast in Washington, DC. He assisted Comcast in promoting media, telecom, wireless, internet, and commerce policy issues in Washington. Bracey was responsible for regulatory, franchising and public policy issues.
Bracey worked closely with Washington, DC Delegate Eleanor Holmes-Norton, who serves on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, House Committee on Homeland Security, House Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and House Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment.
As a lifelong resident of the State of Michigan, Bracey worked directly with Congressman John D. Dingell (MI, 15th District), Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. During this time Bracey worked on regulatory, policy, and appropriations issues.

Bracey received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. He also has served as a member of the adjunct faculty of Trinity University in Washington, DC.
