Registered Agent Services
Almost every state requires a corporation or an LLC to have a Registered Agent (sometimes called a resident agent, statutory agent, or agent for service of process). The Registered Agent address is the address that will be used by the state for any official legal and tax correspondence. The Registered Agent address must be a physical, in-state street address; P.O. Boxes are not acceptable. If needed, IGCI can provide you with a Registered Agent, and any official legal and tax correspondence from the state will be forwarded to your billing/shipping address.

NOTE: If you require us to provide a registered agent, the address cannot be used as a general business/mail forwarding address. Only official legal and tax correspondence from the state will be forwarded, and any other mailings to the registered agent may result in additional charges.

IGCI will give you a written summary of the topics discussed.  You may also request written instructions to help you fill out future tax returns. Business Plans
A detailed, written business plan serves as a map for a prospective business owner. Whether you are starting a new business or assuming control of an existing business, you need to know where you are going and how you will get there.  Basically, it should serve as an operating tool, outlining the goals for the business, identifying areas of strength and weakness, spotting potential opportunities and foreseeing possible problems. When complete, the business plan should prescribe the steps you will take to manage the business and realistically describe your ability to profitably operate the business.

IGCI will provide the following four things in your business plan:

  • The business: Specify the concept. (What do you want your business to do?)
  • The marketing plan: Outline the strategy. (What is the environment in which your business will operate and grow? How will your business fit into that environment?)
  • The operating/management plan: Review the tactics. (What are the guidelines for operating your company?) and
  • The financial plan: Pinpoint the required funding resources. (What funding will your business need? What are the sources of funding for start-up and/or growth?).
